How a country gets observed

  1. At least one probe node has a measurement vantage inside the country (direct, partner, or via a known-clean upstream).
  2. The 80-domain test list is queried every 5 minutes across DNS, TLS, HTTP, and BGP.
  3. Anomalies are scored against the ML classifier and cross-referenced against OONI, CensoredPlanet, and IODA.
  4. Verified incidents are published into the open dataset under CC BY 4.0.

See /methodology for the full verification flow, and /voidly for the live counts.
