Paragon Solutions Ltd. is a mercenary-spyware vendor founded in 2019, known for its Graphite spyware. In 2024 it was acquired by AE Industrial Partners (a Florida-based private investment firm) for a reported ~$500M (with earn-outs valued higher), with plans to combine it with AE portfolio company REDLattice Inc.
